First off thank you for creating this module.
I am using this to provide different themes for visually impaired people.
I am stuck on the directions. I have created a sub-folder with a unique name in the folder and have copied the css and images there, but then it talks about "settings". Where are these? The theme is not showing in the "Theme building -> Themes"
- I can switch to other normal themes. If I add a theme.info in the subdirectory the theme does show up but it will not reflect any changes in the css.
- The cache in the website is turned off.
- I have tried this as logged in user and anoymous user.
- I have tried creating a duplicate of the same theme with the theme.info changed in the sites directory, it does show up in the "Theme building -> Themes" , and I can activate it, but will not reflect any changes in the css on theme switch through a block.
-I have tried this with the Garland and Minelli themes, and they work, so will try to figure out what the difference is. I notice that there is a theme.info in the minelli folder. In case the theme.info is needed this should be updated in the instructions. ;-)
Otherwise works as instructed.

You need to copy the theme's .info file along with its stylesheet (and images) into the sub-theme subfolder. Rename the .info file to the same name as the sub-theme folder name.

Without further information I guess this issue has been fixed in the meanwhile.
