This module needs to be ported to Drupal 6. I'll take a stab at this today.

Hi webchick, thanks for porting this to drupal 6. I enjoyed the podcast on this...even though I didn't even need this module, it actually could come in useful at some point.

Thanks for the patch, it seems to work well. Is there any reason that custom content types show up, but cannot have permissions set? I was actually hoping to be able to edit upload permissions on a custom content type.

ah, figured it out. spoke too soon. Had to enable attachments in the content type. Works a treat! Please commit it to the module!

I have had this patch applied since my last post. Everything seems to be working great for me. I just want to say, commit it. I am not seeing any errors and this is a great little module. No reason to let it fall by the wayside.

Patch is failling at some point...

Hunk #1 FAILED at 1

and then a message to save rejects...

I've already set permissions to 777 on .info and .module just to check but same issue!!
