Deleting Amazon_node from content does not remove respective thumbpic from recommended block

Ideally, you'd never remove an item you list in the Amazon node. But I did and the thumb for the removed items are still randomly showing in the recommended block, links and all. The only bug is deleting the node and having the corresponding thumbs deleted as well, which it is not currently doing.
