Release notes

- Fixed #141497 - increased the length of sidebar_top.jpg
- Fxed #217556 - removed non-GPL icons:
the theme's icon directory has instructions on how to add icons to the theme. See barron/icons/README.txt

- Fixed sidebar graphic breakage
- Cleaned up style sheets
- Added ie-fixes.css to fix things that shouldn't need fixing
- Minor tweaks and fixes

This will be the last 1.x version release for Barron. New and exciting things coming with the Barron 2.x release.
