I am new, i have a site design i have mocked up in fireworks that i want to turn into a website. I am not sure the best/easiest way to do this.

Here is what I am hoping
For a small fee someone would be willing to walk me through, teach me so i could learn how to do it. IE... point out good articles to read, good template to start with and answer questions as i have them.

Option 2 is someone would do this themselves and just charge me and i can send them jpg for them to look at and give me a quote.

I would prefer the first option so i could learn and better manage in the future but open to option 2.
