I've searched the issue queue but cannot find a way to use a different player.swf (?) so that the blip.tv branding can be my client's website instead. Blip.tv allows users to create their own players. Can blip.tv.inc use that?

P.S. Emfield module is sweeeeet.

This request is a little bit older and I like this feature for other video communities. I felt free to change it and make it a more general feature request. JW media player can be used to play Youtube and probably other. Would be nice when there would be this option in the Embedded Video Field to use a player of your own choice, especially for sites where design uniformity it is important.

Yeah, this is almost definitely a feature that will be implemented in the near future. We have a few proposals on the table that will require this, so if those come through then we'll take care of it... As always patches are welcome!

What happened here : ) I'd still be very interested in a custom player for emfield - JW solves accessibility problems that most other players haven't even thought of. Any news?

The default freevideocoding.com player is a little rough, I would love the ability to choose my own "wrapper". Subscribing.

There is Flowplayer Drupal module support with the custom video URL. Would be nice to abstract that stuff so that you could choose which custom video player to use. Some available options could be Flowplayer, the HTML5 video tag, etc.
