Currently there is a support for aggregator module (core module) for RSS import data.

I wish to use aggragation http://drupal.org/project/aggregation module, because it support also images.

Aggregation module creates new content type - Feed. There is no way easily change this so that content is imported into scoop type.

Please if possible, can you integrate aggretation and drigg module?

Hi,

Sorry, it would be just too hard. Right now, I basically "piggy back" on the aggregator module. Drigg basically uses it as a means of sucking RSS items without doing all the nasty work in terms of GUI (add/test/enable feeds) and downloading (dealing with HTTP redirections, problems, etc.).

Aggregator is there, and it's guaranteed to work and be maintained.

Supporting multiple RSS sources (there are other modules as well) would be a nightmare, and... well, it would go beyond what Drigg is meant to do.
