Will there be a Field like "Taxonomy: Terms for A Particular Vocabulary" in Views2?
Or how can i create a view whith Views2 which has a similar functionality as the mentioned field.

You can limit the taxonomy: all terms field to a particular set of vocabularies. Just add the field, select 'Limit terms by vocabulary' and select the vocabularies you would like.
