Please consider a setting to select the scope of use for this module. I would quite like to see it appear just for comments, maybe others just for nodes.

Well I guess this could get really fancy and we could allow the
user to set node/comments and/or per node type ignore user
settings -per- ignored user.
I'll move towards that option I think but my day job will keep
me from this in the short term.
