After the page is loaded in custom theme (based on Garland) it drops to the very bottom of the page.
Better have a look yourself:
3w dot cdaa dot org dot au
It could be resolution dependent, as on some screens it goes not completely to the bottom, but drops any way.
Any help would be appreciated. Probably JavaScript on load complete?
