The pane buttons are in no logical order right now.
Show/hide & remove pane on the one hand, and configure & cache options on the other hand are logically very close and should be grouped together. Also, the 'configure' and 'remove' buttons are the most important ones, and should therefore be placed outermost.
This leads to the following, most intuitive order:
configure -> cache -> show/hide -> remove

Enclosed patch is very straightforward, and has been tested. Please review and RTBC.
