ok this is weird - i have a content type that allows a logo to be uploaded when creating the content - it's always worked fine but today it's not. i click browse, find the logo, enter the content and click submit. the resulting page does not display the logo.

any ideas where i should look to fix this?

Is this limited to this single image? Some images break going through the image transformations. Try changing it's format to jpeg or gif and retrying.

If this affects all images/files:

How is your quota, disk space?

Have you double checked permissions and roles?

Checked the file directories? Drupal should warn you if these are not writable or if they do not exist.
