Description

hey

i'm using the nodeprofile successfully in combination with the role signup module.
but i'm having a problem with the permission settings:

for users to be able to edit their own nodeprofile content, i need to check the 'create ROLENAME content'. if i don't do this the users cannot edit their info through the 'my account' page. BUT this creates a link under 'create content' to create a new nodeprofile with that role.
this is quite confusing for the users

how can i change this, so that people can edit their info, but don't get the link to create a new one ?

thanx

I think users with permission "edit own profile content" should be able to edit their profile.. so permission "create profile content" thus ability to create new one is not needed - too much rights in some cases, fg. I need a user to edit just one profile added at registration

thanx
