Issue Summary
I have a working version of bluemarine for smarty engine, but still in development cause of the issue with primary and secondary links reported here http://drupal.org/node/265807.
Anyway it's working pretty well right now. Now the question is: which is the best place to upload the development code? here or it's better to open a new theme?
