Input format selection on node import

I'm always importing valid HTML. Node_import seems to be using default input format, so in my case (default is Text to HTML) I have to temporary switch input to Full HTML. This helps a bit, but only until default input format is switched to Text to HTML. Then all the imported nodes show as plain text without HTML formatting, and I have to set input format by hand, because there is no mass input format changing tool for Drupal.

So, please, add an option to select input format on node import dialog.
