Steps:
1) Create a Page (optional)
2) Create an Advanced Action that redirects to that page
3) Assign that Action to the following trigger: "After saving a new comment"
4) Write a comment on a Blog Post
5) Publish the comment
6) The trigger will redirect you to the specified page.
The comment will be saved and published, and will be visible beneath the blog post. But the comment counter is not incremented, nor will the comment be shown in the "recent comments" block. This status does not change if the comment is edited.
Remove the assignment of the action to the trigger, and after editing and resaving the comment it will behave normally.
(The original goal was to provide a page that Google Analytics could use as a method to count each new comment as a conversion goal.)
