I'd like to co-maintain this module, fixing outstanding bugs, improving its features and documentation, and also create a new and overdue official release.

Optionally, I'd also be interested to take it over as primary maintainer.

Gurpartap, are you interested in my patches at all?

I am and version for D6 is ready in my machine. Hopefully releasing soon :D

Hrm... well, D6 is great, too - but did you actually recognize all my patches in the queue? In the meantime, most of them are already running on a large-scale production site, i.e. have been tested thoroughly.

Please let me know what you think about my application here. I just need to know where and how to proceed. To be honest in advance, if you will decline this request, I will definitely think about forking Paging module into a new project, because the development speed of Paging is, well, simply too slow - and that's the reason for this application. Please do not take this personally (I know how it feels). I just need a working version of this module that contains all the fixes and improvements, in a way that not only me but also others can benefit from this work. I'd love to improve Paging module together with you, but in the end, it's your decision.

Aside from that, IIRC, I have some more patches in my local work space, but hesitated to submit them because the other issues have not been touched from you yet.

sun, any chance you could post your patched D6 version here?

@nonsie: All my patches are still for 5.x - there is no D6 port of Paging module yet.

D6 port is available in CVS, but there's no upgrade path yet. And I'll be releasing it out after a few feature additions and some of sun's patches. Not that I dislike any of them :)
