For example: when using views grid view (from Bonus Pack) , selecting External Image FIELD and setting OPTION to Image Thumbnail then the image width/height is properly showen as configured in External Image field settings in appropriate Content Type... But when i use OPTION Lightbox2 Image Thumbnail > Original Image, then image width/height is not set at all .... for example see attach
workaround this would be setting it in CSS
