Is possibile receive an error message when the destionation mail is incorrect or full? At the moment when I send I newsletter to an invalid email I received no error message.

Simplenews Template only deals with the template itself. Your question should be asked on the Simplenews issue queue instead. But I believe the answer is no, it is not possible.
