Looking for 2 custom modules

I am looking for 2 custom modules.

Please make an offer.....(including time and hourly rate).

Module I

Users can add a 0..n list of keywords in 2 different categories that appear on the user profile data.
(e.g. Favourite Bands and Favourite Films....could be anything really)
Those keywords are entered using Ajax autocomplete text-input fields....all keywords that have been entered more then 20 times
by other users automatically appear in the autocomplete list

When a keywords is saved it is entered into a list above using Ajax without reloading the page...those keywords can also be deleted again
without reloading the page.

On the Index page, this module can display both a keyword cloud for list A and list B.

On the user page those lists are also shown as tag clouds..the more frequently such a term was used, the bigger the font size.

Module II

Users can add a list of 0..n "events" to their profile.
Such an event consists of a start and end date, a small description and optionally keywords from list A and list B.

On the index page events that are currently active can be displayed (the next 10 "events" including the user who created this event)

On the user page, this list is also visible.

When a user is logged in he can see:

(a) all past and future or current events matching keywords from list A and list B from own events
(b) all events and their users that have different events at the same time.

Please let me know how long you would need for it and what your hourly rates are...and how long you would need and when you could get started....
