I triple checked my install yet find that ?q=users/user_name is blank. All tabs are there, and I can edit my profile, but on teh View tab, no profile data is visible, not even the Drupal stock profile.

Heh, that's an unexpected response to marking an issue dupe. ;) Hopefully panels beta 5 will solve the problem so people aren't stuck on 3 too long.
