Issue Summary
Hi,
I'm using the moduls "link to" and "i18n" (en/de) to use different languages. My problem is that the banners are not shown on the official site ".../link_to". The link adress of the banners show .../en/%252F" title="... In the upload it's without the "/en/".
The banners are shown in the admin "link to" upload area, but I can't delete them there either. Please help.

I am sorry, I have tried to review this issue, but my setup must not be right. I will have to setup a multi-lingual site to figure this out. Any suggestions are welcome to solve this issue.
