Obama Magnets

A friend of mine hired me to make his site dynamic and do some on and off page marketing for him this election season. He's been using obama-magnets.com for a few months now but up until this point it's been only a one page static site built in dreamweaver.

We needed to get this up before Obama became the clear presumptive nominee, so we purchased a new host, transferred the site and then I put Drupal in the background. He wanted to keep the site almost the same as what it was so on the front page the only change is the addition of the navigation. The rest of the site is obviously Drupal. We've still got a couple changes and additions to make such as on the product page but by and large this is a simple site that's to the point.

We've been receiving about 2 orders every minute for the past 30 hours. Drupal is handling it quite well. The refreshing thing is that Google hasn't been to our site yet to index it since we moved it over. And we've still been continuously busy. Once the search engines come back to index, look at the sitemap, etc and the bloggers who bought magnets make posts about the site, we may have non stop work for the next 5 months.
