Patch: filter view where parent ID is current node

The attached patch adds a new value to the Parent Node view filter "Current node". This is required to do anything useful with the parent node information in a block. The implementation is more or less lifted directly from the same feature in organic views.

My use case for this is a block which displays all of the books whose parent is the current node.
