Mailing List

Hello there
I am working with Drupal 6.x and I need to make work a Mailing List Module.
I installed the ezmlm but it simply doesn't send the confirmation email to join the mailing list and all seems OK but I can not make it work. Do I need to install anything else?

I have installed also Mailman Manager and User Mailman Register but it doesn't work.
Do I need to install extra modules to make them work? Do you know any other Mailing List module for Drupal 6.x?

Mailman Manager and User Mailman Register work only with the GNU mailman software http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman.html
