Use theme() function for output

Description
Using a theme_ function for output is better than the current approach.
Attached patch implements hook_theme() and theme_opensearchplugin_output() functions.
I have tested this patch with FF3.

I was getting some conflict fuzz. This might be cleaner.... You can commit it, I just gave you CVS access ;-) .
