Hi there, i was thinking about this kind of functionality so i m happy you guys are making dreams come true,but one things is worth mentioning - i don't know what kind of browsers do you use for testing but in ff and ie 7 and 8 CTRL+T is default shortcut for new tab. I understand module is called teleport thats why we have CTRL+T for shortcut and its not very hard to change the shortcut key but it would be nice to have out of the box different shortcut than default new tab shortcut.

This'll be changed in the next version. I'm on a Mac, where Cmd+T opens a new tab, which is why I didn't notice.

What keyboard shortcut are people changing this to to accommodate Windows users?

The new default will probably be Ctrl-M, but it's stored in a variable, so if you've customized it it won't get changed around behind your back when you upgrade.
