I use the goofy theme at http://immermusik.de.

Now I want the primary links bar to be displayed at the top of the page.
I want the logo to be displayed below the navbar.
How can I do that?

How did you get your primary links bar to work? Mine keeps saying "Currently unavailable for this theme"

Problem does not seem to appear with more recent version of the theme.

Closing since 4.6 is no longer supported: reopen if you still have the problem with 6.x.
