Contrib Plugin: post.inc adding nodereference/nodecomments

I wrote a contrib plugin, which allows to attach nodes, like post.inc. Additional it allows to print each nodereference node and each nodecomment.
I'm not sure how to add this as a module, but as inc-File it works perfect. This module works even with only one of nodereference or nodecomment.
