I would really like related taxonomy terms to show up on the index page like you show synonyms. So under each term you could just list "See Also: " and then a comma-delimited list of links for each related term.

OK, cool. I am new to Drupal and have to do a lot of other things on the site I'm building before I could get to this. I will make an attempt perhaps in a month or so, but I don't have a high degree of confidence that I could pull this off, which is why I was hoping you might be able to roll it in at your convenience.
