The attached patch is Just a durty hack, most likely unacceptable to most of you purists. I just share it and it is up to you to ignore or refine it.

It irritated me endlessly that it was missing and it hurted my hand when I needed to click too many boxes. I am sure there are others like me that want to avoid RSI :-)
