"Don't force frame" and "Show URL in right frame" optoins issues

Description
When "Don't force frame" is enabled and there is not navbar on the page, it keeps saying "There was a problem adding history."
and also when "Show URL in right frame" is enabled javascript throws and error because page does not have any frame.
I attached the patch , please have a look
