Hi

when i update my uieforum from "UIE Forum 5.x-1.x-dev (2007-Aug-20)" to "UIE Forum 5.x-1.x-dev (2008-Jun-06)", i become a Error on my site. Only the following line is read on my page and no ather text is available.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /www/htdocs/w0096e7e/sites/all/modules/uieforum/uieforum.module on line 78

i hope my english is conform enough ;)

What version of PHP are you running?

PHP Version: 4.4.8
Drupal Version 5.7

Yeah thats the problem alright. You have to have php 5 as a minimum.

Working from PHP4 will only cause problems for the future. I have no intention of supporting php4 with uieforum
