IMCE layout is broken in Zen

Description
I use the main ZEN theme and IMCE.
On ff 3.0, the layout is not usable; it seems that somwhere an element that should have the display:block property has display:inline.

btw: ZEN has no default background-color.

By design. If only, say, 30% of sub-themes use a white background, why should the other 70% have to change it. Zen tries to use browser defaults for colors and let the sub-theme control its own use of colors.

I needed to upload-save-edit-upload again-and finally save in order for the attachment to be attached.

That's very odd. The tabs have a wrapper div around them with a clear-block class.
Did you modify the div.tabs to float left or something?
Do you have this same problem with IMCE when using Zen as your theme or only when using your sub-theme?
