Turn around time would be approx. 14 days for each theme, assuming the theme is of "normal" difficulty. Also under the same assumption, I could offer a preliminary quote of $200 per theme.

Hi there, I'd like to offer my services as well for taking your design and turning it into a Drupal 5.x theme. I can complete a normal design from layered PSD to Drupal theme within a week. If you would like the site built out and content added that will add time to the project, but creating the theme can be done within the week. If you would like to send me a screenshot of your design(s) I can give you an estimate on the total cost and time.

I have about two years experience designing and hand coding valid (X)HTML/CSS Drupal themes and have been doing so commercially for over eight months. Please have a look through my portfolio to see some of my recent projects (more will be added shortly).

they convert layered psd files to valid xhtml + CSS, have quick turn around, and offer options to convert to Drupal as well.

we used them for a mini-drupal site (www.roadtooprah.com) and are planning to use them again.
