Drupal & Yahoo hosting

Yahoo doesn't allow to change .htaccess file. How can I install Drupal on Yahoo! server ? Or anyway to install without changing .htaccess ?

Maybe I missed it, but I have never seen anyone here be successful at installing Drupal on Yahoo hosting.

I just installed drupal on Yahoo Web Hosting.
When you first upload all of the files
you enter

database name: DB NAME
username: USERNAME
password: PASSWORD

Click Advanced Link

host: Delete localhost
and replace it with mysql

Yahoo uses mysql instead of localhost for some odd reason.
