Show Recent Comments on Tracker

To show recent comments below the table of recent posts, configure the "Recent comments" block.
- Display the "Recent comments" block in the content region.
- Configure the block, setting it to show on the "tracker" page only.
(This does not give a nice table listing or enable user-specific tracking. Note that the tracker table itself will indicate the number of Replies/comments and give you a link.)
