Change the way a cck field label is displayed

How do I change the 'theming' of individual cck fields? For example, if the fields are Title, Field1, Field2...etc., having it so that Field1: label is hidden from view? I notice that the style it is controlled by is field-label but how do i specify it for just one particular field label?

If you visit Administer › Content management > Content types, click edit for your content type you will find "Display fields" tab, click the tab and you will find you can set "Label" to "" for CCK fields of your choice.

Hi. I was looking for more of a way to hide some labels and change the look..etc. rather than editing what the labels are called. Thanks though. I've found the contemplate module since then.
