Please consider using suckerfish drop down menus for primary and secondary links in your theme core (http://htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/dropdowns/). I am using nice menus for one of my sites. They work well for side menus but are a bit iffy for drop down menus.

I am using your theme (as is) on our test site http://stanislites.net and it looks great

I agree; included dropdown menus are not perfect..

This issue is being closed because it is against a branch for a version of Drupal that is no longer supported.
If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-4.x branch.
