I am getting this warning on all my node pages. I have searched around and there are some old posts from 2007 on pathauto causing problems. I am using pathauto 5.x-2.2 and taxonomy 5.7. I really have no clue where this started happening.

By any change are you using Drupal 6?

I received similar errors when I accidentally installed 6.x version of taxonomy.module to a Drupal 5.x site.
