After upgrading my Drupal site from 6.something to 6.2 the files in sites/default/files seem to have vanished! I only had a few in there, so I re-uploaded them manually via FTP. My site is new and just for testing, so there have been no calamities. But... what happened? Why would the files, including logo.jp, the site logo, just vanish?
