work great on single site. However, I don't think it can be used for multi-sites i.e with domain module, with each site would have their own Primary/secondary menu.

Nice Menu module, however is based on block, and different block (primary/sec menu) can be enabled for each theme, and each theme can then be use for different sites. Thus I can have unique Primary/secondary menu for different site.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Currently yui-menu is not supporting multi sites.
