Adding paging to a story node?

Does anyone know of a module that will add a paging to a page or story node?

What i wanted to do is split a very long page or story node into 3 pages (instead of having a full article shown all on one page of story). So at the bottom of the article there would be a pagination to jump to any of the 3 pages of the same article.
