Anyone know of a more elegant way to post podcast audio to nodes in D6 than just link to an uploaded file?
Audio.module is still in 5x unfortunately,

You can always use an
You can always use an attachment or a filefield field and then theme the node to embed the player manually upon page view (either by creating/editing a node-{content-type}.tpl.php file or with contemplate).
