Enable the "Statistics" module which is already part of drupal.

Thanks but I allredy did that and I want what I ask you something like a journal which show how many users are connected to my cite this is very common on web aplications you know... always this can be found in the rigth side of the screen.

simply turn on the who's online block in administer -> blocks

the steps are

goto administer -> blocks (click on adminsiter -> then find and click on blocks)
find teh whos online block and set it to the right or left sidebar of your site.

There aren't any more steps then that.

install stats module or get google analytics.
