Thank you for this module.
Simple yet brings more power into the book module.
Very useful and increases users ability to grasp what is is being presented. We often forget not everyone is a cyber junkie and we are conditioned to look around for the next or additional links, whereas the general public does not always know there is more content.
I going to see what adding this to the Related module by adding a TOC link (renaming booktree to TOC) at the bottom of each page for people that enter the website from - lets say page 46.

there is one thing that might add to this module.
to use numbers and sub-numbers for bullets, instead of common bullets

this option would could add a Chapter feel. The only way I can think to add chapter info currently is either TOP or in Title - either of these just adds clutter - I feel
