The menu entries where the login destination module should be shown are non-existent, and when I try to manually navigate to the login destination page, I get an "Access Denied" message. There is no permission for login destination in the permissions page, and my guess is that is where this bug orients from. I have made sure the module is enabled, and have flipped it on and off to make sure that wouldn't fix it. Any input (even just the permission that I can manually set in the database) would be very helpful!
