Anything I'd be worried about?
or is an Update Status module thing?

5.x-1.3 is the latest stable release for Drupal 5. this looks like an update status issue, so moving to the appropriate queue.

i will note that i had a misplaced DRUPAL-5--1-3 tag, but no release node created, so i deleted the old tag, retagged appropriately, then created the release. not sure if this would cause the above, but i thought i'd report it.
