Description
Hi, I too am having the same issue those other 2 seemed to have in that once I upgraded it has ceased to work. My entire sight is based on this technology, so this has really put me in a tizzy. Any ideas of what to do? Perhaps you can put the other version back.
Thanks!
Jeremy

You've provided no information for me to be able to help you.
Also, both Shadowbox 5.x-1.x-dev and 6.x-1.x-dev are development versions! They are going to be changing significantly during the next few weeks. Until there is a stable release I would *not* advise using it on a production site! Unless, of course, you know what you are doing and are able to contribute to development.
A few spot checks you could make:
- What version of Shadowbox (the module) are you using?
- Check admin/reports/status for confirmation that the Shadowbox distribution is installed correctly.
- Check your apache error_log to see if there is anything in there that could point you to the error.

I'm using the very latest version posted here. It's definitely installed correctly, now I've noticed it's working when opening external sites, but the flvs are not playing as they did before. I haven't altered the code at all. The only variable is the new version of Shadowbox.
Thanks for your help.
And yes, I understand it's a dev version, but it was working perfectly before so I figured we were good to go.
Best,
Jeremy

That gives you a hint that the FLV player is not there.. check the location of it on the filesystem.
Someone else was having an issue with this since at first I told people to download the Shadowbox 'code-only' distribution but then changed to 'full' because the first doesn't have the FLV player. Make sure the FLV player is at sites/all/modules/shadowbox/shadowbox/flvplayer.swf and check the settings for shadowbox in the admin interface.

Well done. It was all in the settings. Thank you so much. Great customer support. A+ Outstanding. Please head to my site for a laugh or 2 on me.
Thanks,
Jeremy
