Description
This is a first pass at the most obvious errors. Will fix more in other patches.
* standardized strings on .info and @file in advanced_forum.module.
* removed end-user help from the @file in advanced_forum.module (use README).
* standardized your comment delimiters; left-aligned to discourage bad centering.
* cleaned up a ton of hanging whitespace and double newlines.

Funny... I just added all that @file stuff when I did a pass of trying to clean up the commenting. I used the coder module as an example of best practices. Bad assumption, I guess. ;)
I'll run this through before I do anything else to the code so it doesn't get out of sync.
